Resolution to supposed red/black cube glitch
As some of you may know there was an uproar about cubes not tiering up after spending hundreds of dollars on cubes. Some blamed it on the Valentine's cube packages while others just assumed it affected all cubes. There was a lot of qq'ing especially on the official forums on this thread:

Artasi has finally commented on the matter concerning their internal investigation and had this to say:

After reading about their internal investigation and their followup I am disgusted that some players felt the need to lie about their experiences and had the audacity to whine and moan about it on the forums. We have enough REAL bugs/problems with the game as it is and these people just wasted everyone's time crying wolf over a non-issue. I find this whole debacle to be shameful and pathetic. What do you guys think?

What I found funny were the people that spent like 10 red cubes and were shocked to not tier there item lmao.
Red cubes suck at tiering and they only spent 10 and they reckon its a bug that their item doesn't tier.
People think if they spend 20 cubes that it's guaranteed to tier. No. It's likely from experiences of others but it isn't guaranteed. The only ones i felt sad for were the supposed people that spend $100+ and didn't tier because thats actually a decent amount of cubes not just "i spend $10 why no tier? bug pls fix".
Funny to find out they were just bsing and thought that Nexon didn't have the power to check your items and whether it tier'd.
This is why we can't have nice things.
The cubes are not glitched; I bought 2 packs myself.

Good to see those Nexon guys doing their jobs in answering player concerns. I hope this won't hurt the validity of other future bug claims since these guys here are crying wolf.
