Star Planet regression?

Has Star Planet regressed back to the pre-Black-Heaven rules? Lately I've been noticing there have been more afkers again and they're not being kicked from the game for not making a move for 3 consecutive turns. Are these people just being giant pianuses and intentionally making a move the very last second or has Star Planet been rolled back?

Also, while we're on the topic of Star Planet, it's great that the area has come back to life somewhat where I can actually finish my games in a somewhat timely manner compared to 2 months ago but the amount of annoying players has also increased as well. I just can't stand people who spam those stupid emotes it lags my turn and when changing colors it sometimes doesn't register the click making me choose a completely random color. There's also those people who sit there staring at their screen when they get hit with Oz card like they can't believe this is real, just take the cards like a man and move on stop slowing down the flow of the game!

As you can see I don't take slowing down the game for no good reason very well and I'm sure the majority of players feel the same way. I just want to finish the games as fast as I can, get my 2x buff and get the heck out of there.

As said, the Idle-3-Turns penalty is just no Reward Points - not kicking them from the match. Actually a pretty annoying penalty with lag (I've lost out on points several times due to crappy service at times), but it does reduce the idlers...

None of what you said is a problem. No one ever gets kicked out for not moving in One Card, they just won't get any Reward or Star Points if they are inactive for 3 turns.

Actually joining a game is already a challenge. You have 3 people who request to join Monsteropoly and nothing happens. And is there a rule whereby you can't play a game with a person you have already played with? Too avoid farming? Nexon is total bs.
