Lazy is def not the right word here, neither is paying extra. Before u go in making anything, u have no idea how much it's gonna cost u. Some people are risk adverse, and are willing to pay the premium cost of avoiding the risk. What u said also doesn't make much sense, how do u judge how much it'll cost u to make something before u make it, since it's all luck base. U would have to make it yourself first to find out the cost, but then u would not need to buy the item anymore. Also if you are giving p/c simply base on ur own cost of production, that p/c is next to worthless. Ex. a person got 30% luk in 10 cubes does not in anyway mean that said item is only worth the cost of that 10 cubes.

It doesn't matter what your luck is, you're not looking at cost of production. You're looking at market value. If everything was sold at cost, there would be no such thing as a market, no such thing as a merchant. Please learn to differentiate between cost of production versus a fair market price.

@Hydraxide: I didn't see the perfect in the title, thats why I asked if it was scrolled, and thats why I said I'd pay 1-2bil on it clean.
And yeah 21% attack is probably doable within 10b worth of cubes with a touch of luck, so if someone wanted more I'd just cube it myself.
@MrSinDeath19 1-2b for a perfected reinforced ring? Those rings are over 1b clean. Added on to the 6% luk pot? Who cares what you're willing to pay? He's asking for fair market value, not what you pay. You're also only willing to pay 10b on a 21% attack legendary death charm, so you're obviously not going to give accurate prices.
@Hydraxide: I just post what I'd pay. The economy is so messed up thats an accurate assessment. Otherwise just google the FM site and check what others are going for like a normal merchant does

thats funny since gollux scrolls themselves cost 150-225 depending on the seller lol.
Theres been 6% str reinforced ring for sale at 2b unsold for more than 1week
Edit: But I sold a 6% str ring 2/4 for 3b during christmas break
