Cannoneer getting nerfed in KMS?

If you watched the video, he states that Cannoneers are bugged since Buckshot applies the damage reduction to their 5th job skill but not the line increase. Unfortunately, you have to give up Buckshot if you want the highest DPS since the 5th job skill is really good. Also it's been shown time and time again that DPM charts are largely ineffective for a number of reasons.
