Birth of An Alliance Quest?
so i am level 142 and was wondering how do i start this quest? i been trying to do it for th eV Tracker but i can't seem to find any info on how to actually start it, i read that you need to do Ressistance quest but i went to Edelstein and there was no resistance quest available for me so now i dunno what to do where and who do i have to talk to to begin he quest would be nice

Pretty sure that's the explorer version of the prequest

You might need to complete your regular Resistance missions before getting the quest.
@littletlk: thank you but i don't have the quest i checked and its not there
