Red Shop limitations
I didn't want to make a thread but so far I haven't been able to find an answer and I really want to know.
Are the limitations of buying 5 scrolls per account or per character? If anyone knows that would be great.

They are per character. I've already reached the limitation on multiple characters on the same account.
