Npc Quest bubble glitch
On my DB, I cannot see if NPCs have quests available for me, but I can see them on the minimap. Is this a glitch or did I turn something off? This does not happen for any other characters on my account. Anyone else have this problem?

Oh, I see them in RLH, but every other NPC in the world is pretty much a no. I don't mind it though.
@RFighter So you get that too on your DB? It's definitely not normal. Very annoying especially in RLH looking for quests.
Oh I thought that was normal lol.
