I did the 2nd quest at Blue Flower Serpent .
It's in mu lung .. took me like.... 24 hours ish to finish the quest.

@above the quests are really hard but the skill is worth it.
because normally i would use alot of potions.

Did 8 hrs of x2 only got 1 Darkness...... 8/10 right now. Hopefully I can get the last 2 tomorrow and have Vampire Level 1.

Edit: Spoke too soon. Had like 30min left on x2 drop card, thought I wasn't going to get another, but I got proven wrong! 9/10! 1 more to go!

Ok here's how my Vampire Level 1 Hunting Has Been Going:
2 Hrs of x4 - 1 Nameless Darkness
30 min of x1.2 - 2 Nameless Darkness
2 hrs of x4 - 1 Nameless Darkness
4 hrs of x2 - 1 Nameless Darkness
2 hrs of x4 - 1 Nameless Darkness
2 hrs of x2 - 1 Nameless Darkness
So far I have 7. I might be the first DB in Windia with Vampire, but I'm not sure.

dews i got 1 every 2hrs on 1x usually and darknesses 1 every 7hr on 1x

Wow this is messed up. I did 30 min of x1.2 family drop and got 2 nameless darkness. Then I did 4 hrs of x2 drop and got 0! I hate my luck....

Well I don't think it is glitched for shads. I haven't seen any with it yet but it seems that shads can see the drops as well. One said "Omg I want the skill too! Ive been hunting for a day now, and i only found 1 Nameless Darkness" from http://www.basilmarket.com/forum/2018001/1/how_to_get_vampire_for_my_shad.html. I can't really help with anything but to wish you luck. So.. Keep up the hard work! I'm sure it'll pay off eventually!

Another thing is that I believe you have been hunting for 10 - 14+ hours. No matter how I look at it, this is just too bad. I can't help but think something is wrong. When you go to your quest log, do you have the quest by Eckhart to college 10 Nameless Darkness? Are you hunting in the Ultra Gray map where Zeno spawns every 30 minutes? Do you have a pet to pick most of your drops? You may have missed some from having too much items around the map if you don't.

well im getting like super paranoid since i only know dbs getting the vamp skill xD
i just hope shads arent glitched so they cant see it...

Yes, that is the map I searched in. The lunar dew quest actually took longer for me to do than the Vampire quest x.x

Took about 21 hours
About 13 hours on 1x (6 dews found)
4 hours on 2x (3 dews found)
4 hours on 4x (11 dews found) <--- I felt I got extremely lucky on this one

But then again, I did use a bit more 2x drop on the Darkness quest than while searching for Lunar Dews

i got all 20 in about 10hours...

2x fam buff and 2x card from cash shop pre big bang stacked, so I'm guessing 1.2x drop and 2x drop from cash shop also stack. There should be a 2x exp/drop event in about 40 minutes though. The drop rate from the event stack with the card for sure.

Haha that map has a horrible spawn rate now XD

Edit: Apparently no 2x event... Again!

Correct. You just seem to have very poor luck x.x! this quest does take patience... Whenever I get in a slump, I buy a 2x drop card and it usually gets me out of it. They are 1.5k nx each if you feel the need to buy one

Btw, you could ask some friends of yours for help if you want. I'm pretty sure (though not 100% sure) that they can help you hunt for the items. I atleast helped my friend hunt for peridots and they did indeed drop when I killed. It seems that your quest just needs to be activated and the person needs to be in your party (If they are out of your party then it won't show the dropped item).

Sorry I can't really help with the hacker problem. You're just going to have to hope to not meet any. They usually channel change anyway though so they shouldn't be too much of a problem, and you've made over 160 levels in this game so I'm sure you can avoid getting falsely banned.

Someone already asked this question back on page 5. You can go read that if you want to see how I responded to his question. Here is a rough estimate of how long it took.

Vampire level 1
Took about 18 hours
7 hours on 1x drop - (1 Darkness found)
7 hours on 2x drop - (6 Darkness found)
4 hours on 4x drop - (3 Darkness found)

After finishing the lunar dew quest, you will get the quest to hunt for Nameless Darkness. The first time you complete Nameless Darkness, you will gain the skill (Level 1). For each time you complete the quest afterwards, you will level the skill up by one. You can do the quest at level 70, 80, 90, 100, and then 110. Each quest has you fight different mobs of monsters. I have heard that after level 120, you will be able to do the quest back to back without having to level at all after each completion. I have not verified this but I can say that I am basically level 150, and I can start the next quest right after I finish the previous one.

Yup they drop it for sure! If you look through some of the other pages on this thread you can see that others were hunting at Ultra Grays. I'm sorry that I don't have a screenshot of Ultra Gray's dropping the Nameless Darkness, but I do however have a screenshot of me having 10 of them while at the Ultra Gray map. It doesn't really prove that they drop it but you're just going to have to trust me on this

btw, ultra gray's drop it for sure right?, im getting paranoid since i spent over 10hours hunting dews before when thieves couldnt see it

@crazypoorer: I recommend Ultra Grays over Poopas. I really hate Aqua Road with a passion. You must swim up and down the map and a DB can not really fight at their full potential since BS and TS can only be used on the ground. On the other hand, we can really fly across the map at Grays and, in my opinion, kill much faster.

where did u hunt for ur first level of vamp, poopas or grays...
cause i was at 4hours for both but nothing dropped...

I'm have 5 darknesses now close to being the first khainian to get vampire

Level 2 vampire was great. Cube slimes are quite mobby so it only took me a few hours. I believe 3 hours of 2x and 1 hour of 4x so about 4 hours total. Vampire 3 is kinda lame though. Although not as lame as the first one I'd say

Me: Gather 1 dew per ch turning out real good so far 15min and under got me 1 dew so far

"Vampire gives more HP depending on your amount of damage so if you use Vampire against a mob. It will do mob damage. You can heal your entire HP bar. And the skill will do more damage after Chaos too. So more HP. And since some bosses, summon monsters and stuff. It's pretty good to push back monsters and heal at the same time. Especially during pot cool down. Drain hits once. Chakra makes you stay in place. Vampire can push. It can help both classes. Just helps DB more."

Edit: I should also throw in that the knock back is so quick when the skill is spammed, that the monster it is being used on is completely pinned and won't be able to attack back. I was using it at an area boss that knocks back (Roon Tae, Zeno, etc.) and it couldn't attack at all while I was using Vampire on it (It would take longer than usual but hey, atleast it works!). However Vampire does do low damage (at least for me! T.T), so if the damage value to knock back a boss, is... Let's say, 30k damage, and the highest amount of damage one could do with Vampire is 25k, the monster wouldn't be pinned at all. Please note that bosses such as Papa Pixie can be pinned but will still be able to attack.

After Chaos:

- The damage absorbed by HP of Icarut's Vampire has been increased from 2% to 5% and the amount of monsters Icarut's Vampire can attack has been increased from 3 to 6
