Anyone else having trouble getting the 999 mob count?
I've already tried the RA Garden, SDH and mob around my level (208) at Scrapyard but its not registering

try accepting the quest on a mule if u can; the letters are acc tradable

It worked fine for me at SDH at 214 so the issue's not on your end.
