Is anyone unable to reach the loot map and stuck on the death cutscene of gollux?

Cutscene problems is usually caused by corrupted memory that MapleStory is using, so restart your computer.

This is a old bug in maple (im assuming because I got this a month or two ago and there are threads about it that go way back also) but you probably
you can't harvest veins or plants either can you?
The solution for me (and others according to google) was to completely reinstall maple on your computer which seems to mean you have to make sure you have thoroughly uninstalled every file from maple on your computer before re-installing.

Is it where the world guardian doesn't appear to give her dialogue?
If so, it's probably a cutscene glitch, and a reset of the computer should fix it.
