It probably varies depending on how much hp and weapon att you have, but a general ratio would be nice.

So, once I get 500K HP I can start focusing on ATK and not STR?
Total HP/Total Weapon Attack assuming STR is negligible. The number you get is the HP (post % HP) needed per WA.
