Quit Now or Quit Later?
With MapleStory2 and its ugliness coming out soon, it's safe to say that Maple is finally coming to an end.
If I want to make the most mesos out of my equips, do y'all think it's a good idea to sell everything off now or to hang on and sell stuff off at a later date?

I honestly think Maplestory still has many more years left. If you want to sell your things, I'd say to wait until RED.

I doubt MapleStory is going anywhere so I wouldn't really be concerned, if they had intended to shut down Maple or had any doubt about their product due to MapleStory 2 they would have stopped updating ages ago or trying to better the game hence their costumer survey trying to figure out why people are becoming inactive this year.
I remember there were threads like this when Mabinogi and Dragon Nest came out. Good times.
What the. If we wanted to play something like MS 2, then we would have moved on to other mmorpgs already

Sell everything now if you want to quit. Prices of stuff should drop in red becaues of the +8 att scrolls and if the new craftable cubes come out, unique/legandary should go down as well (:

Edit: with how popular regular ms is, I doubt we will get MS2.

I agree 100%, but there's no doubt that MapleStory will lose a huge amount to its existing player base. We've taken enough hits already, one more hit is going to knock MS straight out.

Wait, here is what i don't understand. If you are quitting, why do you still want to make mesos by selling your stuff? Is it because you might come back one day and you need the money to start you off? Or simply you want something back because you spent so much time and effort in making those items?
