Lets make an HPS/DPS list once and for all

Right, ever since Reboot when the new Dojo and Battle analysis hit, we're actually able to see what classes output the most damage to a stationary dummy! Might be quite fun to see who does the best? Let's do it!

Would you like to participate in making this list? Here's how and the "rules"!

Rules:
-You must be capping to be able to participate in this test
-You may use whatever summons and skills you have, EXCLUDING SOUL WEAPONS
-You may use Epic Adventure skills for the time being
-Look up how your class outputs the most damage if you're unsure, it takes a while before the dummy expires so you can have a few gos!
-You may use whatever buffs you can come across to be able to cap, this isn't to see who has the most funded character, it's what class outputs the most damage.
Edit:
-Make sure you add what speed boosters you were using excluding your regular "skills". (DSI/SI/IA/Green pot etc)
-If your class utilizes skills/hyper skills that boost your damage a lot for a set amount of time, Please do a 4 minute test [b]AND[/b] a 1 minute test. I'll calculate the end result so we get a more accurate "real world" time. I will add both to the list. Example: A Luminous using Equilibrium to spam ender.

How to:
Step 1: Obtain at least 3,500 Dojo points by doing Dojo.
Step 2: Purchase a training dummy from the shop and summon it at your prefered map, set it to the lowest level possible. (I chose the one on the far bottom, I think that's the one to go for)
Step 3: Start Battle Analysis (click Menu > Battle Analysis)
Step 4: Prepare yourself and buff up as much as possible!
Step 5: Click "Start"
Step 6: Output as much DPS as you possibly can, make sure to use the skills that favor hits per second
Step 7: Once the timer reaches 1 minute, click end analysis
Step 8: If you think this is the best (or close to) what your class can output, screenshot it and post it in the comments! Try to stay as close to the 1 minute mark as you can.

Let's do this! I'll add the screens and names of your character once you've posted, I will also rank them. I recommend using imgur for the screenshots!

Regular font means the class did two runs to show different results, the [b]bold[/b] one shows the more accurate result.

I realize this thread might not be perfectly accurate when it comes to which class is the "strongest" many many factors come into play as always, there isn't a single accurate list out there that takes everything into account, this is no different. I for one prefer looking at this rather than an HPS/DPS list. Even though you may disapprove of this list(like A LOT of you have done already) some might enjoy looking through it, get some chill and let's see who does best.

@natty2, @adastrom: Phantoms hits/s actually increased because Tempest is slightly faster than Milles and you can still use it with Platter, but Platter's dmg went to s*** so it's much harder to cap with now.

WH and Demon Avenger both lost a huge amount of DPS though, due to a combination of nerfs and the new 5s minimum on all CD's (CD reduction can no longer drop a CD below 5s, making Nether Shield much worse and causing Jaguar skills to be much worse as well).

Let's keep this up to date. If you're able to outdo the number, just repost.
Alternatively, I am not sure if we should keep the DPS/HPS for classes that were nerfed. For example, Phantoms might need to redo.

@twopointonefour: BT was an interesting concept that was pulled off poorly and resulted in possibly the least viable class in the game (although it's probably still more viable than Jett if you just stay in Cat Mode and buff other people).

Well I just wanna say something calculating Zeros Dps with the battle analysis is really inaccurate. since the battle only calculates the skills used by Zero in individually what i mean is Zero has there combo skills but it counts each skill as its self not as not together so the chart had advance rolling cross and then another thing for grand rolling cross but it all goes into one skill rolling cross so that means that the you have to add the hits from all the combo skills that go into rolling cross sorry if that is confusing but since nexon counts Zeros aftermath combo skills as an individual skill its not seen right so spin driver on the battle analysis hit 22 times but the aftermath skills advance wheel wind hit 51 times since those skills are not separate you'll have to add them up since those skills are literally the same thing but advanced wheel wind is a better version so the battle analysis doesn't really count the Damage for zeros correctly and some things it doesn't calculate at all like for rolling cross combo it doesn't calculate not to mention zeros are really dependent on atk and control and bosses in general and let me tell Dojo isn't a great place for zero to be.

Could there be some sort of standard for attack speed enforced? The absolute attack speed should be listed next to the entry, instead of the modifiers used, for easier comparison. I notice the dual blade and shade aren't at 0 speed so it's hard to compare between those numbers at face value.

For example, 0 speed shade should result in 60/0.51 = 117 attacks in 60 seconds, roughly as seen in this screenshot. http://i.imgur.com/frRIx0b.png
I've had bad experiences with ping and fox spirits which is why I didn't use them for the pure speed test, but shade has a theoretical average maximum of 65.61b dpm (1093m dps). I was able to reach ~970m with spirits activated but forgot to use the 200 hyper so I didn't take a screenshot. Once I get some dojo points I'll do another test and hopefully it will get somewhere between 1060-1093m dps.

@twopointonefour: It's slower than my 635m/s with Starforce Salvo + Final attack.

I did the test, but I didn't keep the screenshot of it. Backup Beatdown (holding) is about the same as Starforce Salvo + bad RNG Final Attack. You can get a bit more damage if your final attack activate more often. In general, Starforce Salvo (270%) + final attack (10 lines 355%) is easier to cap over Backup Beatdown (200%).

So for 1vs1: Starforce Salvo + Strikeforce Showdown, you can include Planet Buster or Singularity Shock at the last second/before invincibility frames.

For 2+ mobs/boss, I would recommend to use only Backup Beatdown (holding) if you have the damage for it.

@fringe: it might make some of the cast delays for the other skills faster such as train or something (haven't tested train) but I know for sure that the second job mobbing skill is affected by it cause I used it during rnj and found I was able to regenerate pp much faster than before. It just really sucks that their primary attacking move can't be any faster so you don't get the same benefit from the ia as other classes would.

@star909 well I'm not sure why I was able to use it ~19 more times than the guy who previously did the kinesis test, maybe he was just using too many skills in between? I feel like it does make psychic smash a bit faster.

Can you please update Kinesis, This was done with green MPE + DSI constant train spamming and BPM / psychic grab constantly except when casting Psychic drain to recharge PP between trains. 79b / minute. http://i.imgur.com/rqBAugR.png?1

@funkyflame: u wrote that bam used green pot, i dont see him using that o.o also to be fair i think everyone should tell u what speed are they attacking with instead of what buffs, this bam was on speed 2 while the jobs in the list that used green pot are on 0, its true some jobs need less to reach speed 0 but isnt this about potential after all

Notes: Ledge idea didn't work that well, I still missed a majority of finishing blows/Grim contracts. Gonna try and do another test on a high hp boss with bind soon. I estimate that I'm missing around 150-300m/dps. Not full potential. DSI used, no +1 attack speed inner pot.

@alltypesofepik: Boss damage and Total Damage function additively, they are applied at the same time not at separate times, if you have 15% boss and 100% dmg then you would go from 100k to 215k.

Shadower's damage cap isn't the same as other classes. Assassinate caps at 120m while Midnight Carnival (and all other skills) cap at 100m (assuming you maintain 5 stacks of flip coin, which isn't difficult). For MC to be outdpsing Assassinate you need to hit more than 50m per line with MC.

@alltypesofepik: the effectiveness of 15% boss is also affected by how much %boss you currently have. At 190% boss, 15% more boss dmg is effectively 8% damage boost on bosses

@alltypesofepik: Not seeing what you mean here. Assassinate is 1/2 the damage when capping so that means you should use midnight carnival at around 50m. You should still use assassinate on certain situations anyway. It gives you stance and the second shot is much faster than midnight carnival so it's good for weak things. Hard to cap with midnight carnival anyway. With full buffs including apple I only managed to hit in the 90s on that dojo thing. That means it's not worth it to use on real bosses even appled for me.

Anyway you're right about the no damage % thing. Boss 15% will most likely not give you 15% more damage. Probably not even 10%. So how it works is, let's say you have 15% boss and 100% total damage. You are to hit 100 damage. You have an increase of (100+15)%, so now you hit 215 damage.

Does 15% boss theoretically boost ur run on a boss by 15%? I heard that it only does if you have no damage %. But in reboot you have tons of damage %. But say that you deal 100k line, 100% damage will increase ur damage to 200k. But 15% boss increases the line to 115k and then 100% damage increases it to 230k. And if it adds to the formula later then the damage becomes 200k and then x1.15 which is 230k. Or is that not how the formula works?

Also, according to the HPS/DPS thread, Shadower deals a ton of damage capping with Assasinate and Midnight Carnival. And, Assasinate is approximately 1/2 the dmg of MC when both are capping. So when you cap with MC 26MIL + a line doesnt that mean its better to use then assasinate?
