@FunkyFlame: Oh dear... I sent a reply to the GM yesterday night and now my case is being treated as a bug report. I haven't even played the PQ once. Looks like I'm going to add it to my immediate to-do list...
I also dug around some more through google and apparently "Dangerous Forest Entrance" is some kind of waiting map (with Von in it) before players are allowed into the PQ - like Spiegelmann's Guest House but more specifically for The Ice Knight's Curse PQ. It reminds me of the El Nath maps and also the ones while doing Shamos' quests. I've tried searching for any portals in El Nath maps just in case but haven't found anything.

EDIT: Ok, I played the Ice Knight PQ twice and found Dangerous Forest Entrance, which really isn't an entrance but more of an exit. o.o It's the very last map when finishing the PQ and does not have Von in it. I took a screenshot but when I opened it it was a completely different image; I don't know what happened. I didn't want to bother the Mapler who PQed with me anymore so I just let it be and I'll get it another time. I told her about the earrings and she said her friends have them. So now I'm going to wait until her friends log on and for her to pass on the reply to me. Hopefully everything goes well and the earrings are obtainable so I won't have to file a bug report~

2nd EDIT: The girl replied to me and told me her friend obtained them years ago. I found another person today (with them on this time) who also says he got them years ago. Got the screenshot of Dangerous Forest Entrance and have sent a bug report. Hopefully Nexon will fix this in the very near future. I wish you were in Windia... I could easily introduce you to people with these earrings. If you don't want to wait around, I would suggest hanging out at Spiegelmann's Guest House and looking through the equips of high lvled players. Advertising there would also be a good idea.

@EonAngel: Yes, I tried this on a couple of different characters (also one very close to the required level for Ice Knight PQ) and nothing, as for the "Dangerous Forest Entrance", I have no idea what they mean by that, there is no map with that specific names and I browsed through all other similarly named maps, and nothing. Von himself can be found, however. But sadly he only has a questline in verne mine (black wings place) which has nothing to do with the Ice Knight

And of course, use my images all you like And yes, I looked around in quest window for any PQ quests, but nothing. They should really add them!

@FunkyFlame: Hmm... o.o That's really disconcerting. Thanks for trying it out. I thought maybe there was another quest apart from the PQ that you need to complete like an intro quest before being allowed to do the PQ? I can't remember if I accepted it on any characters that I usually play on but I do remember there being one before (probably closer to when it was released). After logging on to a few characters, there doesn't seem to be an intro quest. I know that Tangyoon's PQ has one. It would be great if PQs were added to the quest window again so we could see the rewards. I'll try contacting the GM again. Mind if I use your images?

EDIT: Do you know anything about a 'Dangerous Forest Entrance'?

EDIT: "The earrings can be acquired by taking Von's Quest and finishing the Quest withing the time limit." - I'm assuming by "the quest" he means the PQ itself and that there is a % chance to get it on completion? Before I made this thread I completed this pq once and didn't get anything, so I hope it's just a % chance to obtain it, I shall investigate!^^

EDIT #2: I tried it out a couple of times and earrings are as far as I can tell, unobtainable, it just looks to me that it's quite unupdated, here are a couple of screenshots I took:

"I understand that you are having some issue looking for the Ice Knight's Ice Earrings. I have gone ahead and investigated this issue and I can confirm that you can get the earrings. The earrings can be acquired by taking Von's Quest and finishing the Quest withing the time limit. Once completed the player will receive the Ice Knight's Ice Earrings and the Ice Knight Chain Crampons as a special reward."

@FunkyFlame: Oh, sorry about that. I wanted to check Von's exchange before I commented but Maple wouldn't load up for me last night. It does seem the earrings are gone from his exchange. Though they are still in the game as per following the instructions from the first comment in [url=http://www.basilmarket.com/forum/2875556/0/Can_you_still_get_Ice_Knight_Earrings_.html]this[/url] thread. There was a PQ revamp [url=http://maplestory.nexon.net/news/updates/update-notes/00H6x/v-141-cygnus-awakening-update-notes?page=2]linked here[/url] and it seems like the rewards were changed.
I really want them for my I/L as well (who's look is no where near resolute as I keep changing both the appearance and the name) so I'm sending a ticket for them to be re-added. Hopefully this is the correct process of filing a request. *Fingers crossed that Nexon will consider this minor plea* If you do happen to find someone with a pair keep in mind that they are untradable so you won't be able to anvil them yourself.

I'm not a Luminous, I'm an I/L. And Ice earrings look amazing according to me. I'd update my basil ID to show my I/L but it's tied to another account, every time I log a ticket to have my other un- accessible account deleted they ban the current one I logged the ticket from since "you're only allowed to have 1 account" Oh how i love this fxxking website.

Thank you for actually staying on topic and helping unlike most people on this website. However, he has no option to trade in for the earrings. The options now are a shoulder, shoes and a couple of scrolls, no earring

@Nekiridaani Why anvil them? It's the search for perfection, setting goals for yourself is what makes this game fun and interesting. If I skipped "things that didn't matter" - I would be done with this game already. + I love having things that are unique and special, it's what makes the game fun for me.
