Anyone knows how you can get this effect of Elluel?

Is it from the Elven Spirit Band that we can buy for 1k nx now? oO

aerial makes it float... otherwise it's not going to float

Can't confirm or deny that...I got mine as an item of perma nx...
Just wanted to add: it's not nearly as ugly as people make it out to be...and given that it's both 1) one of the few items with an effect that causes you to float while walking/standing, and 2) it entirely covers your base hair and is thus its own unique hairstyle...it's a very versatile and cheap/cost effective, nice addition. If you like changing your outfit regularly you'd be pretty short sighted not to buy one given how dynamic yet cheap it is. It's easily merged into various outfits if you think it's less attractive as a stand alone item.
Here's a little outfit I just threw together with my perma nx female version of it:

It's quite nice and pretty versatile as a hairstyle alone, floating and bubble effect aside. lol. I like it a lot.
Note: I'm referring to the female version - can't say that I've seen a male wear the male version.

Pretty sure it comes from the Aerial version of the Elven Spirit Headband
It comes from the ugly wigs from premium boxes ... not sure if the 1k one gives the effect.
I do know that the Elven Spirit Headbands from the Premium surprise boxes gave that effect, not sure about the one in the cash shop right now.
