Bind Pool 12/10/2014
I recently started looking into boss binding but does anyone have a more recent Bind pool or know where Shade/Eunwol stands?
Only recent one I could find was from last year :
Group 1: Demon Slayer, Demon Avenger, Luminous, Dawn Warrior, Ice/Lightning Archmage, Kanna's Hyper Bind
Group 2: Paladin, Xenon
Group 3: Kanna's Binding Tempest
Is this one still correct? If so, in theory you could prevent bosses from buffing 100% with 2x Kannas and a Paladin. 80s of immobility and 42s of buff cancelling/prevention with proper Kanna rotation.
*Edit* So as of Dec 10 2014
Group 1: Demon Slayer, Demon Avenger, Luminous, Dawn Warrior, Ice/Lightning Archmage, Kanna's Hyper Bind, Shades (Thanks @xcoldshadowx), NW (Thanks @wingless666)
Group 2: Paladin, Xenon
Group 3: Kanna's Binding Tempest

@Lecarde: I mean theres a huge range and control difference between needing 2 binders, and being able to solo. If youre at the range and control where you can only use binders, then youll take what you can get
Thanks for the response guys, too bad Shade and NW's are in grouping one. To add :
1) Why the different groupings - Because if you try and use a bind from the same group (pool) the enemy resists it unless there's been 60s inbetween bind attempts. So the earlier statement about 45s "cooldown" is semi correct as most binds last roughly 20s.
But this still means that 1 Paly + 2 Kanna's basically perma debuff if rotated correctly.
@GazimoEnthra - I'll never be able to reach pro status =[, I can however dodge for days =].
@Lecarde: well, the thing is, when you are doing bosses that you can bind (such as hard magnus) having the boss bound as much as possible = difference between a good run and a failed run.
@stevenman76: Yea I know about the cd, but I don't see a point in bossing if you are just going to bind him and then hit the boss. Yea you make money but there is no more fun involved. Personally I wouldn't do that unless I was going for a speed run or something
You cant bind a boss 100% after a bind ends bosses have a 45 second resist to further binding from most other classes.
I believe it's 60 seconds.
@Lecarde: Because binds go on cd. The more binds you have, the longer the time that youre doing your most dps
@origeldest Bind skills have cool downs so if you want to bind a boss for a longer time you'll need multiple players binding in succession.
@stevenman76: Oh,that sounds complicated lol and I'm not really sure why you would need more than one bind tbh
Nw is in the same tier as shade
Could someone explain to me what these different groups are?
The classes tell you which classes' binds stack, and which don't. Any two classes in the same class DONT stack binds, but classes in different groups WILL stack. This is useful so that you dont have to wait until the bind is off to rebind. (If you dont count the time right, then you might use your bind while the previous one is still on. If youre in the same groups, the second one will do nothing, and it will be a waste of a bind)
Could someone explain to me what these different groups are?
Groups + attacks are: IL + phantom - Freeze breath, DS - Binding darkness, DA - Bloody Prison, Luminous - Armageddon, Dawn warrior - Impaling Rays, Kanna - Veritable Pandemonium
Group 2: Paladin-Smite Shield, Xenon - Entangling Lash
Group 3: Kanna- Binding tempest
Appearently Shade is in group 1. Anybody know where NW belongs?
Shades are in group 1.

If you have enough dps you don't need to bind.
I'm also curious about this, but with Night Walkers.
