Best free to play Mmorpg?

Basically the title. Just looking for a new game to play thats free and not pay to win. Preferably it will be a game where if you start out new, you are not automatically at a huge disadvantage compared to older players.

idk. Aura Kingdom? i picked that up because it's the laziest mmo i've ever played but you're not really screwed if you do/don't spend money and as far as i know there isn't like crazy game items for not playing so far
What @GunPowder said. Any older player will obviously have gained levels, items and currency. What kinda RPG do ya expect that doesn't reward progress?

One game that manages to equalize new and old players would be TF2 (though it's not an RPG). Sure, older players have had more time to find new weapons, but ultimately it's the player's skills that decide a match.

Seriously now, you can't expect a good free to play MMORPG that doesn't reward players for playing longer than others. If money isn't a factor, time is.
Well I mean maple story certainly does not reward old players. In fact the earlier you played the more screwed you got. Basically just looking for something similar to Pre-BB maple story where there weren't really an OP events where if you missed them, you kinda just missed out big time i.e Big Bang rings. You can just start new and be fine in the game as long as you spent the time.
