I doubt it. You'd literally have to spend billions just to get one scroll to grant the +10 M.Att. It just wouldn't be worth the cost.
Plus, I believe KMS has scrolls that give +9 Att/M.Att now so they'd probably just use those since it wouldn't be that big of a difference.
Also, I don't even think anyone has even killed Chaos Vellum yet, so the weapons aren't even on the market.

Incredible Chaos Scrolls don't go up to 15. I believe they max at 7 or 8. Miraculous Chaos Scrolls, however, max at 10, so let's use those.
204 + 10 * 10 = 304.
Then, the Enhancements would go as follows:
304 + 7 * 7 = 353
353 + 8 * 6 = 401
401 + 9 * 2 = 419

419 is the highest possible M.Att you could get, and that's if the Staff is completely average, so it could even go a little higher.

assuming you are just gosh dang perfect:
lv 150 staff: 204
+ 8 incredible chaoses which max at 15
+ 15 EE's which are +6 at 300+ att

but good luck with that.

There is none. There is a limit on the number of Enhancements you can get though, and that limit is 15.
