Maple 1 or Maple 2?

Are you going to stick with 1, or move on to 2?

Let's be real, Maple 1 had 130-140k players 3 years ago, now it has 20-30k during summer and 10-20k in the off season.

Maple 2, because one reason:
New game = new community.

This is the new Pre BB

I won't fully ditch Maple 1 though, mostly comeback if they have interesting new contents and junk.

Maple 2 is a lot more fun so ill be going with MS2.its only in alpha and it already has better content then ms1.

MS1 is killing itself lmao. Even if MS2 was never around MS1 will eventually either stay the way it is pratically empty or die out.

I will most likely switch to MS2 mainly because MS1 has gotton real stale and boring lately. Plus the economy and high p2w is a joke now. Hackers are over abundance. At least for the time being MS2 will be like a fresh start and everyone will be on the same level. Until Nexon makes it p2w if they actually make it p2w. Who knows. Also MS2 is going have far more content than MS1 has. The customization and boss fights alone make it look better than MS1. MS2 is going to do very well im sure of it since it has so much more potential to be a great game. Having not so great graphics should not be your sole reason not to play the game or at least try it out. From the gameplay shown in alpha it looks much better than MS1. Team work and skill are involved. Plus it will be far more social and community based as well. Majority of people just hate change and I can pretty much guarantee that if MS2 was made as 2d successor people will find ways to hate on it as well. Just because they are use to MS1 and so in need of that nostalgia.

I think some of you are missing something... Its not a global game yet... Only Koreans can play it (i know theres a way but come one...) If and when it comes out in america ill give it a try but i doubt itll have that much of an impact on me as Ms1 did.

Well, it is still going to be run by Nexon.

I felt the same way actually. I thought MS2 was just gonna suck ostrich ass at first, but after looking at gameplay I think it has the potential to at least be as popular as its predecessor. I'm interested enough to try it at least.

MS 2 definitely looks fun, I want to give it a shot when it comes out. As for whether I stick with it, that depends on how good it'll be. As for MS 1...I log in once in a while for nostalgia reasons but if they shut down tomorrow, I wouldn't care less.

I'm planning on just playing MS2 if it captures the feeling of what maple used to be. I'll stick around MS1 if these 5th jobs I've been hearing about turn out to be true

I bet people who see ms2 is going to make them miss ms1 and they'll play ms1 and then play ms2 or both. I'd still play both just because I've worked hard to get this far without spending anything on nx.
