My Nova Charon Cloak
I has 1 line potential, Rare. I tried to use several Gold potentail Stamps on it to try to get the cloak to 2 or 3 lines. The Stamps i used, said they worked (u succesfully added 1 line of potential to the item) but nothing changed to the cloak, the potential remained just 1-line. Is this a bug or do these Stamp just not work on a Superior item, that the Nova cloak is.
