Star Force 15-Star Enhancement Scroll
Can i use that on my 12 start RA equips ? They sell those at the NPC Enterprising Granny Pixel Coin Shop, the discroption on it is very vage, i really dont get it...
update: It worked on my RA top, 12> 15 Star !
