Inner Ability lines Leg
Looking to see if anyone has any info on what kind of buff duration lines I can get on lines 1,2 and 3.
Besides the obvious 50% buff on line 1. What other buff duration % could I get from line 1 if I didn't get a 50%?
Line 1. %-50%?
Line 2. %-4x%?
Line 3. ??
Not aiming for buff duration on all lines, just what kind of percentage there is (seen) on these lines in Legendary tier. Debating to whether or not re-roll my 20%drop rate (Line 1) and aim for 50% BD or aim for 4x% bd in the second line.

Assuming you didn't get anything before the IA revamp:
Line 2 is generally unique at best, so you're looking at like 38% Buff Duration max.
Line 3 is generally epic at best, so you're looking at like 25% Buff Duration max there.

I got 32% Buff on my 2nd line after the IA revamp, so I think unique on 2nd line is still possible
@lycanthropods: Alright. I'll asked if they got that before the IA revamp. Thx for the input.
@genostigma: In the past there was a different system for inner ability that had the chance of getting anything on any of the 3 lines, so they could have gotten a legendary line on their 2nd line with that system. As far as I have been told, you cannot do that with the current system. The max you can get on the 2nd line is a unique tier line. But like I said, that's just what I have been told, so it may be possible to still acquire a legendary line on the 2nd line. Nonetheless if that is possible still, it'd be extremely difficult to pull off.
@lycanthropods: I see. Someone I know mentioned they had a 4x% bd in line 2, that's why I'm here seeking info. Because if that's not possible then I will have to re-roll. O_o
@enenenzo I wouldn't call having 100k honor and getting 50% buff rare, that's being extremely lucky AF! lol.
@genostigma: What I meant is at legendary, the 2nd line is usually what you'd get at epic on the 1st line. Like for example, at epic, best you can get is 25% buff duration on the first line, at legendary the 2nd line is usually an epic tier line. But like I said before, you do have the possibility of getting a "unique tier" line on the 2nd line as well.
yea it took me like 100k honor to get 50% buff duration on line one, so its pretty rare...

I have a 49% buff duration on my first line, too bad it's not a 50%. Though I'm grateful I even got to leg tier LOL
Line 2 is usually at the "epic tier" which is a max of 25%, you can however get lucky and get a unique roll for the 2nd line, but it isn't too common.
50% buff duration is extremely rare in my experience.
