Question on Alchemy Recipes

Hello Beautiful People of Basil!

Been a while since i played maple. So here is my question:
Last time i played, Alchemy recipes said something like "Good for 1 day use", but now the recipes does not say anything about expiring. So i was wondering if the recipes are permanent when you learn them or not? It would be good to know before i use any of my recipes.
