What is the best and the worst thing you can cook?

The best thing I can cook is probably Pho and cheesecakes
so you let the meat sit in the water?
The meat goes on top of the rice and gets steamed by the boiling water. That's why it gets sliced thinly.
When I was in college, I perfected my style of rice cooker food. Basically, you just throw everything into a rice cooker and let it steam together. Some vegetables you'll only put in a few minutes right before the rice is done. With meat, you'll want to slice it as thinly as possible and cook it together with the rice from the very beginning. It's the most ghetto way to eat that I can think of.
recently i've been failing at baking. i had to scrap two batches of cookie dough because i didn't listen to directions and put all the dry ingredients together when i was supposed to cream the butter with sugar. the second time i did things correctly, but had tablespoons of salt, not teaspoons. then in my successful batter, i burned a few cookies because i left them in for too long
idk i think i can make a decent thai curry. i def make great soups. i love my chicken soup and kimchi soup
potato recipes are generally ez pz. baked fries, scalloped potatoes, mashed ya

Best thing: well I have cooked random things like fried bananas and some mint chocolate oreo bar things. My lemon bars are awesome too.
Worst: my brother and I tried to make Turkish delight, but we used almond extract and didn't allow them to cool long enough. So they were too liquody and too sweet and we ended up throwing most of it away but it took like 2 hours to "make".
