So I was looking at my buddy list and notice a red cell phone icon next to one of my friend's ign. Just wondering what is it for? o.o

Yeah I kinda remembered that KMS had a cell phone link thingy going on. I tried looking around in the account settings on nexon's website to see anything involving the cell phone but no dice.
For KMS at least (idk about gms)
