I got a quest at level 100 that talked about it but all my friends and I skipped it. It says completed, "You can take a new job! What adventures await you!"
you can switch jobs going to leafre on an adventurer than buying it for 10mil mesos or wait for the hot time event where u can job advance to another class for free

u need to become a prostitute to afford it
