Please note that for every Chargeback reversed, there is an additional $10.00 Chargeback fee for each transaction that must be paid back as well. Below are the transaction IDs:

The total amount owed is $ 40.00. To payback the funds you will need to purchase that amount in NX Prepaid Cards (Karma Koin) or use PaybyCash if you wish to regain access to the account. Thank you. At least some of you understand me. I do realize I may be being overly dramatic about this whole thing, but I really worked hard on this game, and I don't feel that I deserve this

you're not banned, you're just blocked (which means you stay on rankings).

3 reasons to get billing blocked:
1. you were refunded for NX you purchased. can be fixed if you pay back nexon
2. illegit mts transactions, which include duped/hacked items
3. nexon's mistake, probably the least likely. but since in the past I have been billing blocked and released 2 days later (email exchanged with billing department), i am willing to believe there is a chance it's their billing department's mistake.

It says to call billing. You probably owe money or something.

They did that to one of my buddies and lifted the ban. This happened because the bank thought someone else was using his account to purchase something since Nexon was flagged in their records. Thing is he already got the credit, assuming it went through but no money came in for Nexon thus they banned his account and made him pay what he owed. My buddy didn't even know about this until 3 weeks later when the ban happened. Pretty late huh?
So I just suggest you to contact them if you want your account back.

As for everyone else jumping into conclusions.... Welcome to Basil.

Have you made any NX purchases via credit card or PayByCash/PayPal? A charge might've gotten charged back, resulting in that kind of ban.

yea i got this same problem it wont let me log in. if you are banned u should be removed from the rankings

Let me get this straight: A lot of comments are telling me how I leech off hackers. That's a pretty steep assumption to make isn't it? Please read: "I refuse to deal with hackers in any way except to report them". God knows I can't merch, so that possibility is off the list. Leeched off a hacker? The first one I find will get my report, plus, I have never leeched any of my characters. All of my EXP is earned through, blood, sweat, toil, and tears.

As for the whole thing about quitting: I don't want to quit. I thought I had made that clear. This would be a perfect opportunity to "get a life", but as I had said before, I really do enjoy this game, and it is a big part of my life. I don't play it very often (maybe 3 or 4 hours a week), but I have loved every moment of it. So telling me to "just quit" isn't really helping me at all. You all have hobbies. Let's say you play tennis. You break your wrist; are you going to stop playing tennis, and "just quit"? No. Exactly. So don't tell me to "just quit, and get a life".

you probably wont get it back. Whenever some1 like you qq's about how youre a legit player and got banned, theres almost always more to it that theyre not saying. Remember you can be banned for being affiliated with hackers. I.e. leech. You probably did something that youre just pushing to the back of your mind. Maybe not, but probably
