Came from marvel. I got one from it last time and sold it for like 400mill. Too bad it's only for kanna, and I don't know if the other versions were released other than the two-handed magic atk.
I think one of the anniversary events had a tiny chance of giving out one of those. I'm not completely sure though.

this ones are 90% vs 40% of the primes
and primes can blow up ur equips so u need protection scroll
and that just for +1 att difference... doesnt seems to worth it for me
Hacks. Last time we had an event that handed those out. (Untradeable expiry versions) Nexon had a huge problem with that since people were making multiple accounts to farm. Why on earth would Nexon be accepting of Tradeable non-expiry versions of the same scroll.
@^ Marvel gave out primes, which are better than these scrolls.
I think last marvel gave these out. In past there have been untradeable time-limited scrolls
