Only this one was not from gach, it was from a miwok box event 2-3 years ago.
And I don't think gatched items came out above average back then.

Gach'd items come out +/- 10 attack, just like Empress equips.

OT: Idk if that is overaverage or underaverage and what not, but a clean ele-staff 5/6 is max-3bil if i'm not mistaken(Khaini prices)
Should be worth a pretty penny. Not sure how much base MATK the duped 5's were, but I'm pretty sure they started below 183 matk. Duped 6's I think were 180+ base.
