The reason Kthxbainao got banned
A little bit of background info for the uninformed: KthxBaiNow was an active community manager who forwarded players' requests to Nexon. He played the game and was interactive with players, and the Community's general attitude on KthxBaiNow was pretty good. However, KthxBaiNow was fired 2 days ago(12/6/2016) for reasons Nexon refuses to say

KthxBaiNow took up the reddit users' case, and promised to provide a response.

Namely, Nexno says, "The forum community is handled by forum moderators and Community Managers. They are in charge of up keeping and promoting the forum community. They do not have tools to assist players with support inquiries. "
I'll leave it up to you to connect the dots. It seems like people's misconception of this forum to be a secondary ticketing system got Kthx fired. I'll leave my personal opinions out of this(as I have a lot), but I hope this informs those out of the loop.

Actually, I know the guy. He said he wanted Nexon to explain what happened to Bob the Snail and demanded a response. Next day, boom, fired.
That's the obvious truth of what happened. Should probably make another thread to show everyone the truth.
asking someone for their ticket number on social media outside of nexon's website was a bad move by him, understand he was trying to help but do you know how many scammers do that sort of thing?
what he should have said was: "I will forward your issue to my superiors"
Again speculation.. Until he says it. But yeah it's quite stupid how it all connects together to perfectly.. As a person who actually tried to look out for the players, who was a player of the actual game home self. He shall be missed greatly.
@littletlk: Lel my last support ticket they responded almost a year late and then said ya we can't fix your problem so have some Maple Points! Even though that problem was trying to get access to an old account, so even though they gave me the points I couldn't use them. Was a good lol.
But yea, god FORBID that somebody actually try to help and or care about the community. I'm honestly surprised this guy survived this long, working for Nexon must have been a special kind of hell.
The people before him also helped the players a lot and they are also gone. It felt so similar in my opinion.
How dare a community manager attempt to help the community with their issues. We leave that for the out-of-touch staff that give automated replies!
