Most Viable Way to Perf a wep?
I'm wondering if there's a more viable way than using 15% trace, Innos/CSS to perf my wep.
I can't find anything in the coin shop this time around for +9 att for normal weps but are there any quests or something that give something more than a 15% chance?

@hangwithhung: I did mine at 3. Took 164 slates during fever. Ridiculous. With guild and dili it's about 39% per success.
@hangwithhung It is a flat 10%. So 70% trace becomes 80% trace with max diligence.
When should I start moving from Innocense Scrolls to bombing my item with CSS?
Also, assuming diligence DOES work, does anyone know if it increases chance by a factor of 10% or if it's a flat addition of 10%?
@liftconcept: Your comment about GMs not knowing "jack squat about this game" is false. Yes, sometimes they are not as informed as we'd like them to be, but we musn't go so far as to proclaim them all as idiots.
Also, I'm more inclined to believe a GM than an anecdote from your friend.
Based off my experience, diligence does work on Spell Traces.
@grawp77: ^^^This^^^ @liftconcept I've scrolled about 200+ slots with 70% during spell trace event and have yet to fail one slot.
I have max diligence with no 4% guild skill help. Diligence does affect spell trace.
It works/ end it twice!
Dilligence does work on spell traces
why are we taking the words of "a friend of mine"
It works /end
@liftconcept: Well, combine that with the fact that I also have level 100 Diligence and I haven't failed a single 70 on this character during fever time. ¯l_(ã'„)_/¯
@elufu: I'd like to add some gms don't know jack squat about this game.
@repentant: that's like saying a css isn't 10% because you fail it 50X in a row. Rng is rng.
@liftconcept: 250-350 passes in a row still seems awfully high for what's supposed to be a 95% success rate.
I fail once every 14-20 slots with fever'd 70s on my characters with level 0 Diligence.
@liftconcept: Diligence is supposed to affect spell traces so maybe he got it right as it ended? that's the only way I could maybe explain that happening (after all 250-350 would take an awfully long amount of time).
@liftconcept: That's less than a 1% failure rate. Based on the sample size it's hard to say but it could be an issue with the game not recognising it as a 100% success rate?
As already asked what is his Diligence level?[edit: nvm saw your edit] Guild skill level?
Based on past discussions, a GM has confirmed that diligence applies on Spell Traces.
Things may have changed since then but here's the 2014 discussion with findings from a sample size of 801: http://www.basilmarket.com/forum/2846623/1/#46008488
@elufu: he used around 250-350 of the 70% traces until he failed.
@jaytokyo: he has lvl 100 diligence.
@liftconcept: Weird I didn't fail a single 70% either. (Maxed Diligence, though could mostly be the Guild skill helping)
@liftconcept: Idk how much diligence he's got but during trace fever I didn't fail a single 70%, and i've got level 94 diligence.
@elufu: Someone in my buddy list confirmed diligence doesn't affect spell traces by failing a 70% during fever.
- Max Diligence
- Guild Skill: Master of Enhancing
- Lucky Day Scroll (I think they work?)
Or use Prime Scrolls / buy services.
