Charging NX Account issue

Has anyone ever had this issue? Throwing in NX via the website, having a "communication error" after the process goes through, but then your NX account shows nothing while your credit card shows a transaction having been made? How long should I wait before reporting this... cos I'm afraid Nexon won't even consider my NX as charged and they have no staff handling and managing all of this kind of stuff AFAIK
