How to get Helisium Cape?
I'm looking for a Helisium cape/shoes for my Marksman and I'm wondering if Victor (the Dream Catcher boss in Helisium) would be a good place to get it, or if there are any better ways of finding a capes/shoes... or if there are better ways of finding BETTER capes/shoes.

Easy Magnus drops quite often.

I solo'd him on my DA a ton of times with spider fam and he's dropped a nova cape, so I'm assuming he has a very low chance of dropping both Helisium and Nova.
@sanbounty just watched a few youtube videos of lvl 200s soloing Easy Magnus... I don't think I'll be able to do it haha
I thought Mag droped the cape. maybe wrong cape.
@SANbounty: how good is the drop rate?
