Are nexons servers slow?
My school's internet is usually trash but today running exceptionally well at ~6mbps. I know that speed tests are only rough estimates and that the results should always be taken with a grain of salt. Or a whole jar of it, but the point is that the internet here shouldn't be what's bottling the download.
Apart from bandwidth, the latency is pretty low, too.
This happened the last patch where the patcher would take HOURS to download and the servers seemed to be clogged beyond reason. I'm just wondering if anyone's experiencing the same issues. I heard there's some attendance thing today. The last time, it took me two days of installing and uninstalling the patcher and then the entire game until I could finally play again. I don't want to miss anything :[

@QinusAxia: OMQ gimmie haha. my home's internet isn't too much better. it'll peak at 35mbps on a good day and at the worst, like 2. But at least it doesn't d/c on me and i guess in the end that's all i need. it's not like MS needs a toonn of bandwidth to run properly.

Do you really have to be playing at school? No offense but if you absolutely MUST play maple whenever given the chance, you may need a break..
@aapjestan2 yeah, i probably shoudlnt' have tried... now i don't know what files were and weren't overwritten, which is my main concern. there's no way to "pause" a patcher. in any case, there hasn't been a day that's gone by since my 3 years at this university that I haven't wanted to take a sledgehammer to the IT department and make them redo the entire patchwork they call "school internet" but sadly I'd probably be removed from school if I did that. I wish i had ur internet tho...
0.5mb pffft i wouldnt even attempt to do something on the internet
i complain all the time about my internet and its 150mb up and down
@aapjestan2 oh don't get me wrong, it's disgustingly low. but if you've had to live on 0.5mbps with constant disconnects and latency over 1500ms every day, any day when the internet is running 6mbps and latency is under 40ms is a damn good day haha
