Soaring skill?
I recently purchased a Wing Boots Mount and I was wondering whether or not the flying skill would work for this mount like it does for the Cloud/Pegasus mount?
And for future reference, how would I know conclusively whether or not a mount had the ability to fly? Does it have to [i]say[/i] that it can fly?
