On episode 7 right now. I've been struggling to keep up with this because Shimotsuki is insufferable, Kougami is more or less out of the picture, and Kamui is a boring antagonist.

Psycho-Pass 2 was definitely missing the Urobuchi touch. Logic was horribly flawed, stupid rules were introduced (A max of three kill shots for a gun? Really?)... and the new characters weren't very good. Buuuut it was still pretty epic overall. The ending was nice, as well.

I found PP 2 amazing. Simply incredible. but the ending though, was a bit dissatisfying
