Do you know what a majority of citizens did as a result of the aftermath of the earthquake a while ago? Something like a million wallets/other possessions were returned. Sounds like no morality at all to me. If anything like that happened to the US, I think the amount of returned possessions of would be somewhere close to 200 thousand.

Those could probably completely revolutionize how people handle fires. We might not even need 9/11 for most fires anymore. Firemen would also probably end up carrying a regular pickup truck full of these and just start chucking them at big fires.

And to the liquid extinguishing canister, it was only effective in a small, controlled area. Larger fires would be a lot more difficult to extinguish through this method which is why they discontinued that canister (or made it less popular).
