Where can I find ACB? Already scoured the entire fm and no dice. Is the only other option left, Zakum?

Anyone know the price of one in scania?
@Chisel: You do need skill and mastery books. You just don't need to do quests for them anymore, with the exception of Hero's Will.
Sorry for the misunderstanding.
ACB comes from Zakum. Or people who gone and killed Zakum, who are trustworthy enough to not run away after being gifted Scissors of Karma.

Combat Orders can push all your fourth job skills past their stated max level.
