@TheKingslayer: I have no idea. I think you can have dSI + green potion + inner ability for a (3) speed boost on top of the booster skill, making the two handed (6) sword have a speed of (1). If you use 1H, you can reach (0). Not sure if that's allowed though, or any specifics regarding super fast attack speeds. This is just what I've heard.

Also Ryude's sword is probably better than 1H + shield. Good luck getting one though.

Personally id prefer a ryude sword to 1h+shield. Cap or not.

Heres another question though. Can the speed of a two handed sword catch up to 1h if you have +1 atk speed inner? Does +1 atk speed inner stack on 1h+shield and make it even faster? Or is si+green potion the capped speed?

2H until you hit cap, then 1H

a 1h + shield and the green monsterpark potion allows u to hit at capped attk speed. (1h needs to be a fast (4) )
but thats for people who have funding since good shields are so darn expensive + rare.
also from what i know, 1h swords have very low attk multipliers so u'd need a pretty decent 1h to hit high dmgs.

2h are slower, but they have a larger attk multiplier, so u'll be hitting more with less attk on ur weapon. you can now also get a medallion (bought from nevillie npc) that u can eqp with ur 2h.
u'll be hitting harder, but a bit slower. plus u'll be missing out on the benefits of potentials and stats a shield can give as an extra.

you'll have to balance out which affects you given ur funding for the hero. whether ur 1h + shield will do more dmg over a period of time bcause its lower dmg, but faster.
or
your 2h will still do more dmg because it's slower but it hits much more that it out weighs ur 1h.
