Should this be taking so long
So on July 22nd I was banned, it happened a few seconds after that server check thing that got rid of GM Scrolls. Anyways, I find it impossible for a GM to know for sure if anyone was hacking literally a minute after they log in. (I was in NLC and it was a perma-ban). Anyways, I didn't complain since I was going on vacation anyways and thought I'd be unbanned when I got back (2 weeks later). So I logged a ticket on that day (July 22nd) and left it.

Now, here we are in August 20th, over 4 weeks later and still no reply. [b]Is this supposed to take this long? How long have your appeals taken?[/b]

They probably perma banned u because you stopped buying nx.
I think it's normal. One of my characters got deleted by a hacker, I sent a ticket, and so far 4 months with no reply from Nexon.

I was banned on my 119 White Knight, not on the WH account.
