Wow I hate MMBs so much
I spent the last week and a half doing Zak solo's daily to farm MMBs. I only farmed like 3 of them, which isn't that bad I guess. Either way, I got bad skillbooks from them (Blizzard 30, and stuff like that).
So after a few minutes of raging about how hard it is to find them, I decided to look up what monsters they drop from.... pretty much 40% of all the 120+ monsters /eyeroll. So, before I decide to just give up completely, I thought I'd ask Basil. Where do you folks farm your MMBs from? Is it even worth it to farm MMBs? All I really want is a MW20...

Pretty sure more like every level 90+ monster drops them. The lowest one I can think of off the top of my head is Homunculus (level 98), and I'm fairly sure everything above that drops them.
OT: The only 2 MMBs I've ever found held Ifrit 30 and Chain Lightning 30. I guess CL is worth something though I guess.
farming MMBs are hard.. i was at kents i got an mmb, i was pretty lucky since it dropped when i was jusst passing thru and and i got TT 30
I got it from captains and then from a yeti on my way to zak o.o
Despite the fact pretty much any 120+ monster drops them, I have never once seen any of them drop the books (aside from zak, HT, and the treasure monsters that nobody ever finds)
