Trade Refund - Conclusion

This is the conclusion of Trade Refund - Opinions is the prequel to the drama.

Verdict
Yes it is sadly the classic case of buyers remorse, however @wall was not fully informed of the guildie's equipment situation. Thus to @wall his ring is a good purchase for his guildie.
while to the ring bearer, felt a little cheated when another ring that is 5b less could of been a decent substitute. In my opinion and due to non disclosable information, the fault does lie to both parties. The buyer, rushing into a decision. The other fault is non disclosable. Nevertheless, the ring will not be refunded, and both parties are satisfied.

The Ring Bearer
After sitting down and listen and dissolving the sequences of events, he acknowledges his rash decisions. I help him realize that it was not the worse scenario, and buying that 5b ring was not the best possible option either. On a positive note there is one less ring to cube.

What info is there that is non-disclosable? lol. A trade doesn't really get any simpler than what it is, tbh.

In court in the event of a legal issue, "My friend said it was okay." would not exempt you from fault of committing the action sadly.

It's the trust you bestow upon your sources, which leads/guides your decision making. All-in-all, the decision was made by oneself. I do not mean to sound rude but this is how things are when making a purchase. The terms are agreed upon when accepting the trade.

However, there are unfortunate circumstances of accidental purchases that happen in the game [clicking too fast/mis-clicking] which do no occur irl

[quote=Traitor]Buyers remorse is always buyer-fault unless they were somehow forced into it which usually is not the case.

Sorry to say, but you make these decisions for yourself. Just because the outcome was not beneficial to yourself anymore after the transaction does not mean that you did not did make the decision.

In other words the last thread wasn't popular enough so I made a new thread about something few people cared about anyway.
