How does Spikes Royale work?
Say I got 67% ignore defence. Spikes Royale drops 30% of enemy defence, Hyper skill than further strengthens it to 50% drop. Does this mean that by using spikes royale, it drops the enemy's defence to 50% then my ignore defence will basically pierce their entire defence?

The Ignore Defense debuff you enforce onto the boss has a multiplicative effect with your ignore defense stat (and specific skill hypers).
Basically what @masinko said is correct.
The way it's calculated in short is:
1-(1-A%)*(1-B%)*(1-C%)... and so on = Your final Ignore defense on the boss OR 1 - %of damage that gets blocked by the boss. [Please note: 1=100%]
In this case 1-(1-67%)*(1-50%)= 1 - 16.5% = 83.5% Ignore Defense
@masinko: I believe it's something like
1-((100*.5)(100*.67))
Not sure how the skill specifically works but PDR is multiplicative when you equip it.
I googled to try to find the video and I didn't watch it but I hope this is the right one:

I believe this is how it works, someone correct me if I'm wrong.
Suppose an enemy has 100% defense rate. You start off using spikes cutting 50% of their defense. 50% of 100% is 50%, so they have 50% remaining.
Now you have 67% pdr and they have 50% of their defense left. You ignore 67% of that, so you're ignoring 67% of 50%, which is 33.5%, which still leaves them with 16.5% defense.
So in the end, they still ignore 16.5% of your damage.
