I'm finally getting a PS3. What games should I get? Black Ops 2 and Skyrim are already on my list.

And you should get Little Big Planet. Especially if you have a girlfriend. It makes for a fun little date night.
Dark Souls 2
Metal Gear Solid
Far cry (Any of them)
Final Fantasy (Which ever story you're most interested in.)
The new Tomb Raider once it comes out
Resident Evil
The Naruto games aren't bad. It's more for if you're a fan.

@TooSxcee Already getting Black Ops 2. Don't want to many FPS games to start off!
@PoisonData Assassin's Creed 3
@IcyShockMan: the ac1, ac2, brotherhood, and revelation doesnt really have an open world afterwards besides multiplayer. I play it for the vibrant story.
Ac3 has a rpg after you finish: you start earning money to build up a village by selling pelt or meat. Side missions from "easter eggs." But atm ac3 is pretty pricey, i'd finish the first couple games, then go for ac3 since it'll be cheaper then
whats Ac3
Battlefield 3.
Leaning towards Assassin's Creed as my 3rd game. My cousin has Infamous 1 and 2, so I could totally borrow those. I really like open world games, so this has really influenced my decision. It was between Far Cry 3 and Assassin's Creed 3. I'll probably get Far Cry 3 for the PC.
to think that some people will never know the unique surprise of that boss fight. wow
I never get any PvP boss fights with him anymore.
Metal Gear Solid Collection.
Demon's Souls
don't listen to the people that have a 360 and bandwagoned when Dark Souls came out. you need to play the original while the servers are still up.
gotta get this beauty
Mass effect trilogy, dead space 1 and 2
@IcyShockMan: I wouldn't recommend getting it through Steam directly, GreenManGaming tends to have it at the same price, plus an additional 25% off most of the time.
Edit: In fact, right now it's $40.19 on GMG and $59.99 on Steam. Also, no mod support on anything but PC, so that already makes it better.
I actually saw it 60% off 2 days ago on GMG, but it was a 1-day sale, and I couldn't make myself buy it yet. Steam is probably going to have a winter sale, so it might buy 50% off.
@StiKman19: i'm sooorta a blind Grasshopper Manufacture/Kojima fan, or forgiving of lesser games for interesting ideas/elements.
For sports games...obviously NHL13.

@demunpuncher Hm... I'll try to dig up some stuff on Skyrim on the PS3. I'm fine with getting it on the PC...well, Bootcamp on a Mac if it really matters. Thanks for the heads up.
Edit for your edit: That's true. Plus, Steam always has really good sales on Skyrim.
Thanks for all the recommendations, guys! Looks like I'm gonna spend the night reading reviews. Keep them coming!
@ProBlades I considered getting Skyrim on the computer, but my younger brother might want to play it, too. And black ops 2, I have friends I want to play with.
@Nanosecond Sweet! I'll look into these. Thanks!
@MyNameDoesntFi I might consider NBA 2K13. I have some friends that play it. Never been into sports, but trying to get into it!
