Even when your range caps you can still get DPS upgrades, it just doesn't show visually.
And considering the cap was 99k damage for a long time I can't imagine 50m will be the cap forever. TMS already has 100m cap, eventually they're raise the spread sheet damage cap from 2m - 2m

At 51% atk it is quite nice and the 9% str isn't that terrible either (It is your main stat). I would say keep.
