If the number of lines aren't 1, then it would defeat the point of decreasing it from 9/10/11 in the first place.

Most likely, based on what I see in the chart it probaly will still be a damage boost to Snipe but probaly something like Boss % on it or something.
@CatastrophicEnd: Yes, in which I doubt it makes into KMS. I don't put any faith in cartoonish damage outputs.

I think they forgot to take additional bolt off Snipe

The dex market is so weird. It's had all of the favorite DPS classes (Corsairs during BB, Mechanics/Mercedes during the HPS era, Angelic Buster) and the best theoretical DPS classes by a long shot(AB, Wind Archers with 100% elemental resist, now Marksmen) but they never stay popular so it's like constantly spiking and plummeting.
