I buy Nx, so 1 day.
3 years, they responded with a bot notifying me that they were looking into my issue after 3 years...

I believe you meant to put down 2/2/2009, not 2/2/209. I'd be surprised if you really created a ticket that long ago... o.o
The fastest time I had for a ticket was about 2 weeks, but that wasn't for Maple...this game takes more like 2 months to get to my tickets.
1800 years are a long time my friend.
