Ban appleals today
Are they still taking ban appeals on Thursdays?

im wondering if they still accept ban appeals on Thursdays. can anyone confirm that they do?

yeah, strangely enough as it is around 1pm today i clicked on their chat support button and the live chat appeared even though it said they were offline. gg
i got the automated ticket thing arount 1:30 but i can still chat n what not. that leaves me to think that its up but not up. if that makes any sense.

Edit: and its fairly easy to catch them on Mondays and Tuesdays. just dont be asking them to view your ticket or anything of that sort, they will just tell you they are sorry that they cannot help you and will proceed to tell you to comeback on Wednesday.

yeah apparently it was offline past 3PM so i stopped waiting, then maybe an hour later i go on basil to read that someone was actually duping and got unbanned yesterday.
my question is are they still taking ban appeals on Thursdays? or are they going to be sticking to their original plan and only take them on Wednesdays.
