Live Chat Ban Appeals
So i decided i was going to try another appeal for my ban and after about an hour and 30 mins of waiting i got this.

She didn't even give me time to say anything, she closed the chat right away and ended my ticket.

Ban appeals are done only on Wednesdays and that's why you got DENIED
