Amplifier buff not working?
Hey guys, so after struggling with trying to make my MS work after numerous redownloads, I was finally able to log back on just now and noticed that I wasn't receiving the buff from Amplifier. It only works for the split second while it is being placed and then immediately disappears. Any other Mechanics having this issue?

I've only logged on for a few minutes to chat with my guild and then log off pre-patch and nothing more. But thanks everyone for the help! I'll eventually find some way to fix this...

I have already tried testing whether or not I get a damage boost. I have also redownloaded a few times to see if it would make a difference. My damage remains the same - the particles don't work and I don't receive any buff. I mean I can still boss just fine, but I'd like to have this available to use to speed up my boss runs.
I think the only thing you can do right now is wait for your ticket to be answered. Knowing Nexon, it might take a while though.. It sucks that you can't use one of the only summons that's actually worth taking the time to setup. Bossing is already hard enough for a mechanic. Unless, you're godly enough so that it doesn't make much of a difference. Either way, I hope your problem gets fixed. Good luck!
Are you sure its not increasing damage maybe its just a glitch with the particles. Even so you should probably re download

I tried to make it clearer with RA's background, but you should be able to see that I don't have any of the floating red particles around my character even with the bot placed.
Shouldn't it be on cooldown? Can't really tell much with the picture but mine sure works.
Visually, the amplifier gives that light red particle buff surrounding your character, but mine disappears immediately after it's finished being placed. The amplifier's still there while not giving any damage boost. I already tried bossing with it and it definitely is not working for me

Here is a picture of the buff particles not being present since mine disappear. Should I try and reinstall MS?
Yeah okay, I submitted a ticket. I reinstalled and I'm still not getting the damage boost.
Can confirm it is working normally.

That's weird. o.o Amplifier seems to be working fine for me. Try sending a ticket. Is it just that your damage isn't increasing after you've placed it, or does the amplifier itself cease to exist after you've summoned it?
